Refund policy

It is safe to wear your SAGE | SUMMER jewellery in water and during exercise, making our pieces ideal for everyday wear. However, please try to prevent contact with chemicals such as perfumes, shampoo’s, hand sanitiser, creams as well as soap which may cause the colour of the jewellery to change. If the jewellery does come into contact with chemicals or is dirty please use a dry microfibre cloth to gently wipe it.

It is recommend that all Plated Sterling Silver items should be removed before showering. 

Everyone's skin type is different. Some people have strong reactions to gold plating. No refunds or returns are given for the colour of your jewellery changing caused by improper care. Please see care instructions.

We take pride in the quality of our jewellery, however, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you have 7 days to request an exchange. We only offer exchanges, no refunds on any items. 

Please email hello@sageandsummer.co.za and include a photo for reference.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.

If your request is accepted, you can choose another item for the same price. Items returned and exchanged will be at your own courier cost.

We do not exchange any earrings.

We do not offer any refunds or exchanges on any sample or sale items.
